Vendor Dashboard Overview

Stay on Top of Your Assignments and Scorecard
Your dashboard shows what is due, what is overdue, and which assignments are at risk, so you can act before anything slips.
Note: The dashboard is only shown to users whose role includes dashboard access. If it is missing from your sidebar, ask an administrator at your company — see Custom Roles & Permissions.
Why This Matters
Dwelling Blocks is fully integrated with our lender partners. Every status update you provide directly informs lenders and their customers of assignment progress. That’s why timely updates are critical — delays or missed steps can negatively impact your scorecard, which affects your ability to receive future assignments.
The dashboard gives you real-time visibility into your assignments and flags the ones at risk, so you can deal with them before they affect your delivery record.
What You’ll See on Your Dashboard
The dashboard displays:
- Due today by status: a strip of counts across Appointment, Inspection, ETA, Report and Revision, covering everything due today or already overdue.
- Assignment status overview: every in-progress assignment grouped by status, so you can see your whole workload at once.
- Three charts: assignment counts, how long stages are taking you, and fees offered against fees received.
Due today assignments are especially important. These are tasks that must be completed or updated by the end of the day to avoid negative impacts on your scorecard. By acting on these assignments promptly, you can prevent them from becoming overdue.
The counts refresh on their own about once a minute, and pause while the tab is in the background so they are accurate the moment you return to it.
If your role does not include seeing the whole company's orders, every count on this page is your own assignments only.
Assignment Status and What They Mean
Each badge on the dashboard reflects a specific status in the assignment lifecycle. Click any badge to view a filtered list of assignments in that category.
1. Offers
- New assignments waiting for your acceptance.
- Accept or decline promptly to begin scheduling and progress tracking.
2. Appointment Pending
- Assignments awaiting confirmation of the inspection appointment.
- The appointment must be scheduled within the specified time frame after accepting the assignment. If not scheduled in time, the assignment will transition to Overdue status.
3. Inspection Pending
- The inspection has not yet been marked as completed in the system.
- It is required to mark the inspection as completed within the specified time frame after its completion. If not completed promptly, the assignment will transition to Overdue status.
4. ETA Pending
- The inspection has been marked complete, and now an ETA for the report is required.
- The ETA must be scheduled within the specified time frame after inspection marked as complete. If not scheduled promptly, the assignment transition to Overdue status.
5. Report Pending
- The report is expected but has not yet been uploaded.
- This status will enter Overdue immediately if the assignment due date is overdue.
6. Revision Pending
- A revision has been requested by the lender.
- This status will enter Overdue immediately if the revision due date is overdue.
7. On Hold
- Assignments the lender has paused. See Assignment on hold.
The Red "Overdue" Count
Most status tiles carry a second, red count labelled Overdue. It is the same group of assignments narrowed to those whose relevant due date has already passed — the appointment date for Appointment Pending, the revision due date for Revision Pending, and so on.
The line only appears when the count is above zero, and clicking it opens exactly those assignments. Treat it as the first thing to clear each morning.
The Charts
Below the status tiles are three charts. Each has a date range, a Metrics picker, and an export option.
- Assignments count — volume over time, with metrics including accepted, offered, bid awarded, report uploaded, and revisions or reconsiderations requested and completed.
- Assignments duration — how long a stage is taking you, such as assigned to accepted, or appointment to report uploaded. This is the closest view you have of the timeliness a lender sees.
- Assignments fee — fees offered against fees received.
