Finding order and lender details

Every assignment carries the order information you need to start work. Here's where to find it.

1. Open the assignment and scroll to the Details card. All available order information is listed below this card.
2. Click the "Info" icon next to the lender title. A dialog opens with the lender's full contact details, including their address.
3. You can also reach lender company details from the Lender Connections page under Company Settings — see Lender Connections. Open the lender to review the company details (requires the Manage source companies permission).
4. If something you need isn't listed, use the Notes section on the assignment to request it from the lender directly. Mark the note "Request Urgent Response" if you're waiting on it to proceed — see Notes: Messaging the Lender About an Assignment.

If the Info dialog doesn't open

1. Refresh the page and try the icon again.
2. Check whether your browser is blocking pop-ups or dialogs for app.dwellingblocks.com, and allow them if so.
3. Try a different browser, or an incognito/private window with extensions disabled.
4. Use the Source Companies page (step 3 above) to get the lender details in the meantime.
