SMS Notifications Terms and Conditions

  1. 1. SMS Notifications for Assignment Offers

    Your company may choose to enable SMS notifications for new assignment offers. When enabled:

    • SMS messages may be delivered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    • When activated, you will receive a confirmation SMS to verify your number. After that, only new assignment offer notifications will be sent via SMS.
    • Charges are based on actual message volume, not number of users or offers received. Usage is tracked across your company and automatically billed in blocks of 500 messages. We reserve the right to update our pricing structure and pricing at any time, and will notify you in advance of any changes.
    • All SMS subscriptions are non-refundable, including if:
      • A user disables SMS via their profile, or
      • A user opts out via SMS by replying STOP.
    • After your first billing cycle, if no SMS messages are sent in a given month, you will not be charged for that month.

  2. 2. User Consent Responsibility

    By enabling this feature, the company represents and warrants that it has obtained any required consent from its staff or users to receive SMS notifications. The company assumes full responsibility for compliance with applicable laws regarding employee communications and opt-in requirements.

  3. 3. User Opt-Out & Control

    Individual users may disable SMS notifications at any time via their profile or by replying STOP to any SMS message. If a user replies STOP, SMS notifications will be disabled for that user for a minimum of 30 days, and we are unable to re-enable messages before that period expires.

  4. 4. Fair Use & Plan Enforcement

    We reserve the right to monitor usage for compliance with our Fair Use policy. If a company misrepresents team size or usage in order to avoid correct tiered pricing, we may suspend access to SMS features or adjust the pricing plan accordingly.

  5. 5. SMS Communications

    If your company enables SMS notifications, we will use the mobile phone numbers provided in your user profile to send time-sensitive assignment offer alerts. Standard message and data rates may apply.

    We do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS communications are handled through AWS, and delivery logs may be stored for security, troubleshooting, and compliance purposes.
